How to Build a Balance as a Family Caregiver

Create a caregiver routine.

Get organized.

Look at what takes up a lot of your caregiver time and energy and outsource.

Always leave room for at least one “me” activity outside of your caregiver role. This should be in addition to rest time.

Don’t try to do it all today. Prioritize.

Get caregiver support.
